Dr Bogere is a qualified and registered Veterinary surgeon with emphasis on animal Nutrition and farm production. Paul received a bachelor’s in Veterinary medicine (BVM) from Makerere University, Uganda in 2014 and an MSc. in Agriculture (Animal science) from Jeonbuk National University, South Korea in 2019. Dr Bogere is a lecturer in the department of Animal science, Faculty of Agriculture and Environmental sciences, Muni University. He is currently undertaking his PhD in Monogastric nutrition at the Queensland Alliance for Agriculture and Food Innovation-University of Queensland, Australia. His research expertise has contributed to various projects including the Korea-Uganda Dairy Project aimed supporting Dairy Farmers adopt advanced production technology and Infrastructure, and the KOICA volunteer project that facilitated knowledge transfer among Korean & Ugandan counterparts all of which designed at farmer capacity building and transformation smallholder systems within farming communities in Uganda. Dr Paul’s passion lies in livestock sector development through research with emphasis on animal nutrition.
